All products sold by Mama T's Creations are custom-made based on the information you provide through our order form. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have the right to use any names, text, images, or designs you request us to include, and that doing so does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
Before production begins, we will send you a design preview for your review and approval. Production begins only after you approve the design and, where applicable, complete payment. Once approved, the design is considered final, and we are not responsible for errors (such as spelling or dates) that were present in the approved preview.
Prices listed on our Shop page are starting prices and may vary based on customization, quantity, and materials. Final pricing will be confirmed with you before payment is requested.
Payment is due after design approval and before production begins, unless otherwise agreed upon for bulk orders requiring a deposit. We accept PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, and credit/debit card payments through secure third-party processors.
All original designs, graphics, and content created by Mama T's Creations remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers may not reproduce, resell, or mass-produce designs created for them without our permission.
Mama T's Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Shipping and refund terms for your order are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Mama T's Creations operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
