This Shipping Policy explains how Mama T's Creations ("we," "us," or "our") processes, packages, and ships custom orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Because every item is custom-made by hand, please allow 5–10 business days for production after your design has been approved and payment has been received. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. During peak seasons (holidays, back-to-school, graduation season), processing may take slightly longer — we'll always let you know if there's a delay.
Need your order sooner? Rush production may be available for an additional fee depending on current order volume. Mention your deadline in the order form's "needed by" field and we'll let you know if we can accommodate it.
We ship via standard carriers (such as USPS) within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order and will be communicated to you before payment is finalized.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. These are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to your door.
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after submitting, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Once a package is in the carrier's hands, delivery timing is outside of our control. If your tracking shows a significant delay or your package appears lost, please reach out to us through our Contact page and we'll help you work with the carrier to locate it.
At this time, we ship within the United States only. If you're located outside the U.S. and interested in a custom order, please contact us directly and we'll see what's possible.
